Refunds of registration fee must be applied for in writing to the MRFA registrar at mrkregistrar@gmail.com and are subject to the following:
SPRING FLAG FOOTBALL
No refunds
FALL TACKLE FOOTBALL
a) Full refund up to and including 14 days past gear handout, provided all equipment has been returned.
b) Full refund less 50% upon receipt of request and association’s equipment returned after 15 days up to and including 30 days after gear handout.
c)No refunds after 31 days or August 15 whichever comes first.
d) In the event of an injury sidelining the player for the balance of the season, the executive at its discretion may elect to refund an amount deemed fair by the executive.
CHEERLEADING
a) Full refund up to and including 14 days after 1st practice.
b) Full refund less 50% upon receipt of request and association’s uniform returned after 15 days up to and including 30 days after the first practice.
